巴基斯坦酒店经理阿里：青岛越来越有“国际范”

　　和青岛一样，巴基斯坦的卡拉奇也是一座海滨城市，有这样一位巴基斯坦人从卡拉奇来到了青岛，在一家五星级酒店当西餐厅经理。他叫阿里，他说在青岛工作和生活找到了家乡的感觉。

　　阿里告诉记者，这几年来，来他餐厅就餐的外国客人越来越多，很多还成了常客，与他成了好朋友。“酒店是城市对外的窗口，外国客人越多说明一个城市越开放、越国际化。”

　　“从我的餐厅望出去，海岸线高楼林立，越来越有国际范儿。”阿里笑着说。

Ari, the Pakistani Hotel Manager, Says that Qingdao is Increasingly International

　　Karachi, Pakistan is a coastal city like Qingdao. Ari, a Pakistani from Karachi, works as the manager of a western-style restaurant at a five-star hotel. He says that the longer he lives and works here, the more he thinks of Qingdao as another hometown.  

　　The number of foreign customers in Ari's restaurant is increasing. Some of them have even become regular customers and good friends of Ari. "Hotels are a city's windows facing the outside world. The more foreign customers there are, the more open and international a city is." 

　　"As I look out through the restaurant window, I can see high-rises along the coastline. The city is indeed becoming more and more international," says Ari, smiling.
